Manager, Investor Relations
We require a Manager of Investor Relations to manage the day-to-day Investor Relations program for the Company. Reporting to the President you will maintain and expand the IR database of the Company and be proactive in communicating and distributing information and materials to shareholders and other interested potential investors. You will also participate in corporate road shows and investment conferences. Experience in the Biotech industry would be preferred.

International Marketing Manager
I. FUNCTION
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing the International Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining and driving market share for the assigned region.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains communications and corporate relations with various licensees and to assure the smooth flow of paperwork for regulatory documentation for the respective jurisdictions.
- Coordinates with regulatory affairs coordinator to satisfy any deficiencies noted by local jurisdictional authorities.
- Coordinates with contract law specialist to negotiate licensing agreement issues with international partners.
- Acts as an in-house expert on sales and marketing activities of competitor products within the assigned geographical areas.
- May coordinate the effort to achieve trademark registration worldwide.
- Coordinates the formulation of Dragon’s marketing and licensing agreement into a uniform document.
- May coordinates plant visits for foreign partners to Huaxin, Beijing and Vancouver.
- Keeps VP Sales and Marketing informed of the status of ongoing sales and marketing efforts and seeks guidance on issues having impact on overall business plan.
- May travel extensively on Dragon business.
- Other duties as may arise within the Sales and Marketing function.
